Kinesio Training Assessment
This first 60-minute session is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your goals, and perform an in-depth assessment tailored to your goals and your movement abilities. We assess goal/sport specific abilities, as well as, posture, biomechanics, neuromuscular control, and strength.

KINESIO Training 101
In the beginning, a lot of people have bad habits that need correction. We make adjustments to your posture, biomechancis, and neuromuscular control to enhance your proprioception and movement efficiency. As we refine your movements, then we can start to build.

BUILD & PERFORM
Once we have cleared up all of the “bade habits” the we can really start to BUILD your strength and power by intensifying the workouts with varying types of resistance, instabilities, and tempo. Now you are ready to go out and PERFORM at your HIGHEST POTENTIAL.
