What If I Want to Use My Insurance?

While we don’t bill insurance companies directly, we provide a superbill—a detailed invoice with the necessary codes and information that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Think of it like how you would handle homeowners or auto insurance claims.

• Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends entirely on your individual insurance plan.

• We encourage you to contact your insurance provider or agent to confirm your specific out-of-network physical therapy benefits.

Important: Due to federal regulations, we are unable to provide superbills or offer cash-pay services to Medicare beneficiaries. If you have Medicare, please contact us so we can guide you to an appropriate provider.
