We target the specific athletic movements and physical demands of each sport, empowering athletes to compete with confidence, skill, and resilience.

We develop the entire athlete—

enhancing strength, agility, coordination, endurance, and mental focus through a science-backed, movement-first approach.

Programs are rooted in biomechanics, functional training principles, and neuromuscular development, helping athletes move better, avoid injury, and perform at their peak.

Whether you're aiming to run or skate faster, jump higher, shoot harder, throw faster, or simply stay injury-free, our customized performance training prepares your body to meet the demands of competition and builds a foundation for long-term athletic success.

How It Works

  • Start with an Athletes’ Assessment

  • This is a 1 on 1 60 min Eval with Coach.

  • We assess biomechanics, power, speed, strength, core stability, balance, and sport specific abilities.

  • Based on the Athlete’s goals and needs, we design a program specific to them.

  • Athletes trains @ Kinesis 2-3x/week (depending on athlete/season/goals) during the “Athlete Training Hours”

  • Athlete will be instructed through the program by a Coach at KINESIS.

  • Max of 6 athletes in the gym at one time to maintain HIGH QUALITY INSTRUCTION with a low athlete to coach ratio.

  • After Completion of Training Cycle, we reassess and develop the next program!

Our training programs are rooted in biomechanics and functional movement patterns. We prioritize quality of movement to build a strong foundation that supports speed, power, and athletic efficiency—helping athletes perform at their highest level during practices and competitions.

Instruct Athletes to Harness Gravity, Enhancing Sport-Specific Skills

By teaching athletes how to effectively utilize ground reaction forces and control their center of gravity, we help optimize movement economy and explosive performance. Each drill and exercise is tailored to mimic the physical demands of the athlete’s specific sport.

Enhance Footwork, Posture, and Biomechanics

Whether it’s linear speed, lateral quickness, or multidirectional agility, our training sharpens footwork and reinforces proper posture and joint alignment. This results in more fluid, powerful, and injury-resistant athletes.

Improve Running, Jumping, and Agility Skills

Speed, vertical power, and quick change-of-direction are critical in nearly every sport. KINESIS programs incorporate sprint mechanics, plyometrics, and agility ladders to improve acceleration, deceleration, and dynamic control.
