There are 12 Primary Movements we must be able to do as humans- Roll, Crawl, Transition, Squat, Climb, Lift, Carry, Push, Pull, Run, Jump, Link
KINESIO GROUP TRAINING workouts incorporate different variations of these 12 movements to help you be your best you for your entire life.
Can’t Jump? Can’t Run? Can’t Squat? That’s OKAY! We modify and tailor each workout to individuals’ abilities and needs to help them progress!
Group size is limited to a max of 6 participants.
