MELT is great for anyone trying to recover, stay injury free, or even manage chronic conditions. Using specially designed rollers and balls, you will be instructed through self-myofascial release techniques to help reset, restore, and recover.
Classes are in a small group setting and last approximately 60 minutes.
You DO NOT need any prior experience or equipment.
We take care of the equipment and instruction.
You just need to make time for yourself to show up!

My practice maintains two main values: integrity and curiosity. Integrity in that I will fully listen to you and make reasonable and clinical decisions about how to approach your care, and I’ll also be forthright if it’s outside of my scope or would be better referred to someone else. I’m not here just to take your money. I serve my clients with a healthy dose of curiosity that is often satisfied by using my intuition and experience along with client feedback. We are a team. I do not heal you, you heal you. However, as a practitioner, I do get results, and quickly. I’m constantly adapting to the feedback loop your body tells me as well as your own words and I’ve got an arsenal of techniques that are evidence-driven.
As we journey together on your path to evolve I strive to put my best self forward as a model and advocate of self-care practice and mindfulness.
