Small Group Training (6 participant max) specifically designed to help runners enhance running efficiency, avoid injuries, and hit new PRs!
To help people maximize their fitness and longevity with the implementation the Kinesio Training Methodology. You will do uncountable variations of 12 basic movement patterns.
ONLY BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES! Here we maximize functional strength, coordination, proprioception, balance, and ultimately longevity.
MELT is an instructed self-myofascial release technique using specialized foam rollers and balls to improve mobility, lymphatic flow, proprioception, and manage pain.
SMALL Groups (6 or less participants!)
This setting and ratio of participants to coaches allows for the highest quality of instruction, feedback, and individualization of exercises as needed.
This allows people of varying abilities to still exercise together.
Small group training provides a more affordable option to exercise instruction.
